HELB Subsequent Loan Application Requirements

If you are applying for a HELB subsequent loan, have the following ready:

1. Valid National ID of the applicant.
2. Registered mobile phone number under the applicant’s name and ID number.
3. Valid M-Pesa number or bank account details registered in the applicant’s name.
4. Previous HELB loan/application details, where applicable.
5. Valid HELB/HEF account login details.
6. Updated personal and academic information, where required.
7. Smartphone and internet access to complete the application through the HELB Mobile App.
