HELB loan application requirements

1. Valid email address and telephone number.
2. KCPE and KCSE index numbers and year of examination.
3. A copy of your birth certificate 
4. Valid bank details or a registered M-Pesa number under the applicant’s name and ID number.
5. ID Numbers of both parents if available and their phone numbers
